Since its announcement, fewer games have generated reactions as strong as Diablo Immortal. After release, those feelings have only become more robust. Fans and critics are clashing in a way that would make the demons of hell and angels of heaven proud.
There is a bright future for those who power through the controversies and find themselves simply enjoying Diablo Immortal for what it is. As a resounding mobile and PC success in revenue, Activision-Blizzard will most assuredly keep this product fresh for some time to come.
Most Diablo players ask, “how can I quickly level up without having to grind too much?” The same can be said about the latest installment – Diablo Immortal – as well. Since the game just came out a few days ago, newer players still wonder what the best method to level up is. Well, worry not, because after trying various methods, we’ve come up with some of the best and easy ways to level up fast in Diablo Immortal.
One of the biggest complaints most users have against the game is that it forces you to buy XP packs so that you can level up at a decent rate. We all know that micro-transactions and players tend to start disliking the game if the game forces them on you. However, you don’t have to worry about that at all! With that said, let’s dive right in and look at these easy ways to level up fast in Diablo Immortal.
THE DIABLO FRANCHISE has always put a lot of emphasis on leveling up, mainly to discover better loot that can make your character even more powerful. The simple formula of killing a bunch of enemies repeatedly to find gear powerful enough to help you kill even stronger enemies has been integral to the action RPG’s longevity and success. But the latest iteration, Diablo Immortal, shakes up the usual routine and combines it with the proven recipe of a freemium mobile game. Since the PC/mobile hybrid title requires a bit more knowhow, here are our five best tips for leveling up in Diablo Immortal.
How to Level Up quickly in Diablo Immortal
Diablo Immortal operates mainly like any other Diablo title, which is especially true when it comes to grinding through levels. With a level cap of 60 set in Immortal, players will find that they zoom through the early levels but begin to hit a wall around the 30s and start leveling a bit slower. As you make your way through the latest stages of the game, you’ll need to implement a few new routines to ensure you reach Diablo Immortal’s endgame faster.
We have a few tips on how to earn XP faster for both new and returning Diablo Immortal players after our own experience with the game. Hopefully, these will make your time with the game more enjoyable and make your time in the game even more enjoyable.
Easy Ways to Level Up Fast and Gain XP in Diablo Immortal
After playing Diablo Immortal almost continuously since it was released, I found a few ways which allow you to earn XP pretty conveniently. However, remember that you will have to spend time and play the game to get a good amount of XP. Otherwise, it will take a long time to accumulate enough XP to reach high levels.
Work on the Bounties and Contracts
One of the best ways to level up fast is to do the daily bounties and take on the contracts. Every day, you will get eight missions that you have to complete. The best part is that the amount of XP you get from these missions is almost unparalleled. If you do not want to spend money on the XP packs, this is the best method that you can use. Some missions can be tiresome, but some bounties are extremely fun, so you won’t be bored doing them.
As for the Contracts, you can start doing them once you hit level 40. Not only that, but you also have to join either the Shadow or Templar groups. Making these contracts can be extremely fun and give you tons of XP.
Grind the Raids
Raids are the heart and soul of the Diablo series, and – thankfully – it is no different in Diablo Immortal. Players will have to team up with three other players (making it a total of 4 players) and go on raids in various dungeons. There are strong enemies that you won’t see elsewhere. Although, the rewards are also quite generous, meaning you can quickly get high-tier loot while getting a lot of XP.
The best part is that if any of the Raids are featured, you can earn up to twice as many Battle Points as usual. So, grab your friends or teammates and spam those Raids to earn as much loot and XP as possible.
Level Up the Battle Pass
Battle Pass is seemingly ubiquitous nowadays and can be found in almost every other game. A trend famous by Fortnite, the Battle Pass is entirely valid if you level it up. Not only will you earn rare and unique rewards, but also a lot of experience, which is the central premise. You’ll level up in no time!
Even if you do not want to purchase the Battle Pass, you can always earn the free rewards bu getting Battle Points. BP can be earned by doing various quests, missions, and Raids.
Chain Kill Enemies
One of the most fun aspects of Diablo Immortal is that you can earn tons of XP by chain-killing enemies together. Not only will you be earning a lot of experience, but you will also be having a lot of fun, thanks to how satisfying it feels. This is also one of the best ways you can level up pretty fast.
Complete Elder Rifts
Like the Raids, you can complete Elder Rifts to earn more XP. After entering a nether portal in the middle of town, you need to kill as many enemies as possible within the given timer. If you manage to kill the Rift Guardian, you’ll earn a lot of gold and rare items. Spam the Elder Rifts, and you can get pretty strong quickly.
Keep Playing the Game
This is probably the best tip that I can give. You should keep playing the game and follow all the tips mentioned above to cap your level quickly. Remember that being a free-to-play player can be tricky in Diablo Immortal, but with enough dedication, you’ll get there.
Finish Bestiary Entries
No matter how the difficulty level is adjusted, killing beasts will have a chance to yield Monstrous Essence globes that go toward the Bestiary. Turn in the globes to the Bestiary every time the stack hits ten as soon as possible. Players cannot collect extra globes once they have ten, so frequent trips are mandatory.
These entries aren’t cavalier about announcing the experience they give, but it’s a big burst every time. Try to turn in at least three daily entries to stay on target. The number of globes dropped diminishes as the day goes on, but this appears to reset to an average drop rate daily.
CHECK YOUR CODEX
As you progress through your time in Diablo Immortal, you’ll unlock the ability to use the Codex, which essentially operates as a giant objective tracker for you to use continually. However, the Codex also houses daily objectives that players can complete to earn significant XP boosts and Battle Points that help level up the Pass.
These objectives range from completing dungeons again (with boosted rewards) to heading to shops and leveling up a gear or infusing items with gems. While the XP rewards aren’t significant compared to other avenues of play, it is a quick and free way to get some extra XP for activities you might already be doing.
