In 2021, after previously flying under the radar, Splitgate, an arena shooter that stormed the gaming scene. It was recently announced that 1047 Game’s first-person shooter hit ten million players during open beta. Originally scheduled to be released in May 2019, Splitgate consists of a Halo-style weapon game and environment mixed with Valve’s portal movement system. The current release date is not yet known at this point in time. Below is a guide on how to redeem in-game codes to access rewards for you and other players in the world of Splitgate.
Code reward and redemption
First, let’s discuss the reward. Not only will the code redeemer receive in-game bonuses, but the person who created and shared the code will also receive winnings. Including fifty splitcoins each. Skins, perks, and customization items are earned solely by the code creator himself. There are lots of interesting items up for grabs just by creating your own codes for friends and other players. These items are guaranteed to make you stand out.
The rewards for players who use your codes are as follows:
- Wildfire – Epic SMG Skin
- Racer – Epic pistol skin
- Ritual – Legendary Plasma Rifle Skin
- Recruiter – Epic Name Tag
- Epic banner
To redeem Splitgate codes, from the main menu look for the referral tab known as the Reward Center, located in the top left of the screen. If you click on the “Who Referred You” tab, you will have the option to enter someone else’s referral code. In terms of difficulty, this is one of the easiest things to do once the game boots up. As of now, it has not been confirmed whether these earned items will be carried over into the full Splitgate release or whether they will be beta exclusive.
Ultimately, by the time the game is fully released, there will most likely be a lot more codes up for grabs, with a higher number of rewards available.
