The An unusual place Inquiry is one of those tasks in Newr Pokémon Snap for going through so much trouble just for an anti-climactic moment. Unfortunately, even if the requirements for such a request are very specific and tedious, the reward is not that high, since all you have to do is take a picture of a Ledian chewing a fruit. How to complete an unusual spot request in New Pokémon Snap
First and foremost, the entire request in the Founja jungle (night) is possible with unlocked melody and Illumina balls. Your goal is to reach the part where the ancient ruins are and get a pack of Ledian. You will then need to toss a fluffruit at the closer one so it can start eating it so you can get the picture you need. Before that, however, we still have some work to do.
Let me start with that. Spam your tune through the entire course. I’m not even joking here, as soon as it stops playing, use it again without stopping. The reason for this is that when you walk down the street you have to wake up a couple of Ledians who are sleeping on trees. The thing is, not only are some of them hard to see, but sometimes the melody just won’t work if you wait and use it when you think it would work. So just keep doing it during the entire stage.
With that in mind, let’s go to the next step. Early in the phase you will reach the point where the swampert is hiding in this swamp on your left. However, a few liepards are sleeping on your right without getting on the alternative route. Throw an Illumina ball at each of them to wake them up. If you do this successfully, you have triggered the request for the next phase.
When you reach the fallen log halfway through the stage where there is a river and ruins below you. If you point your camera up, you will notice one of the liepards you woke up earlier. Throw an Illumina ball at it and, to your surprise, it will literally jump on top of the NEO-ONE, dropping you into the tree trunk in the process. You are then in front of the ruins. Now what you need to do is toss an Illumina ball at the crystal flower that is there in front of you.
If you have done everything right up to now regarding the Ledian and are all awake to your melody, then they will all get there and surround the strange flower. One of them will be close to you somehow, so just start throwing fluffruits until it grabs one and starts eating it. That brings us to the final step, take a picture of that moment and you finally have the picture you need to complete the request. As I mentioned earlier, too much trouble just to make a Ledian to eat a fruit. Exit the stage and go back to finish the task.
