Fortnite: when does season 6 end?

While Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 has had some exciting mechanics and story quests for fans, it’s almost time for the Primal season to end. If you feel like the season has passed quickly, you’re right; Chapter 2 Season 6 is one of the shortest seasons Fortnite has ever seen. That means you won’t have much time left to clear any challenges you may have missed, like the Neymar Jr. skin or the Gold Lara Croft style. Once the season is over there is no way to get it. Season 7 has a lot of exciting things in store, however, so Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 ends here.

When does Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 end?

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 ends June 7th. This is the same day that the Season 6 Battle Pass is due to expire, and that also means that this will be the last day of the season. The first teasers have also appeared for the 7th season, which starts on June 8th, so that season 6 has to end the day before.

Season 6 feels like it only started a few weeks ago, but it’s been a very busy season. Season 6 was jam-packed with special quests related to The Spire and Harbinger quests that teased Season 7, so it feels like some news has popped up every week since the season started. Unfortunately, this doesn’t apply to the season finale as there won’t be a live event at the end of Season 6. This season’s event was the Zero Crisis Finale, the solo event that kicked off in March. There might very well be an introductory event for Season 7, but Epic Games hasn’t officially confirmed anything yet. It wouldn’t be a new Fortnite season without some sort of fanfare though, so there will likely be something to switch players between seasons.

Fourteen days is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices.
