Many different ores can be found in Monster Hunter RiseWith Carbalite ore It is one of the rarest of the group and can only be found on high-level maps. While it replaces the lower grades you’ve found so far, like iron ore and the like, they have a slightly lower chance of being found in these cards too. This makes farming a lot easier for Carbalite Ore, as we’ll see below.
How and where to find Carbalite Ore in Monster Hunter Rise
Dragonite Ore was the pinnacle of low-grade minerals that were not found until later stages of the game, after reaching the lava caves. Weapons and armor up to this point required this particular item and reached their highest level for low-level standards. The moment you dig into high level content, you will immediately notice that almost every higher level item crafted now requires Carbalite Ore instead of Machalite Ore or the aforementioned Dragonite Ore.
From the start you won’t be able to make them because you lack the specific material. That said, it won’t take long to get some as you will be getting Carbalite Ore from pretty much anywhere in Monster Hunter Rise. Carbalite Ore can be found on all maps in the game and is mainly obtained from blue mining outcrops, with White giving up some of them as well, but in smaller amounts. White ore deposits usually contain rare items like Gracium, which reserves Carbalite Ore for the blue ones.
This is good for us hunters as blue mining outcrops can be found en masse on every map. Just run around and hug the walls so you don’t miss them. Personally, if I want to grow ore, I choose Sandy Plains as my desired location to grind as there are many ore nodes everywhere. All of the locations are easily accessible too, which makes it a very good place to get a lot of them in no time. Open your map in-game and highlight the blue mining outcrop icon to see exactly where the ones you’ve found in the past are. In addition, the Geologist skill significantly speeds up the farming process and gives you more items per collection action. So make sure you have them at level 3 to maximize your efficiency and craft these awesome new weapons and prepare to tackle high level content.
