A new set of Spire quests has arrived in Fortnite. For the first new challenge, you’ll need to play The Spire’s Message in a Guardian Outpost. You must have completed the previous Spire quests to begin this one. So you will not be able to complete this quest if you have not collected artifacts for Tarana or found a cult talisman for Raz. Guardian Outposts are key locations that have been around since season six began. So you’ve probably been to at least one of them before. Even so, figuring out exactly where to play the Spire’s message can be a little tricky.
How to play the message of the tower in a Guardian outpost in Fortnite
To complete this challenge, you must first go to one of the six Guardian outposts on the island. These are at the ends of the orange areas that extend from the tower in the center of the map. Their locations are also marked on the map below.
When you get to a guardian outpost, climb to the top of the structure and you should see a highlighted location for you to play the tower’s message. Just interact with the marked point to complete the challenge. A strange message plays, but you don’t have to listen to it to end the challenge. This is great as multiple players rave about the Guardian Outposts to complete this challenge for themselves. This can make survival quite difficult if you fall in one of these hotly contested locations.
Once you’ve completed this quest, the next and most challenging part of this new Spire quest will begin: Finding and Talking to the Joneses. This task isn’t too difficult, but the main problem will be dealing with other players as you try to progress on this challenge.
